A Better Smoke offers an 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all electronic cigarette starter kits it sells. This guarantee applies only to complete starter kits. If you are dissatisfied with your electronic cigarette starter kit for any reason, you can receive a full refund for the purchase price of the starter kit under the following conditions:

1. The Refund does not include, cartridges, spare parts, batteries and or accessories purchased with the starter kit on original sales receipt. It does not apply on tax & shipping charges paid.
2. Buyer must ship starter kit back in complete original package with 1 Power Wall Charger, 1 USB Charging Cord, 2 batteries, 1 Atomizer, User Manual and original boxes less the five starter cartridges that are included in the kit.
3. Prior to shipping buyer must have an approval for the return which can be obtained by using our contact/support form at www.abettersmoke.com/contact_support.html
4. All items must be in working order and free from damage or misuse.
5. Buyer must use a traceable carrier to ship the starter kit back.
6. A Better Smoke must receive the product within 15-Days of the Authorization for Return has been given.
7. Refunds will be made after an inspection of the product has been made.

We encourage buyers to contact us with questions or concerns as we would like an opportunity to resolve any technical difficulties with your Electronic Cigarette. A Standard Warranty Policy Applies to defective products sold. All items sold are inspected for operability prior to packaging however while few problems occur please understand that occasionally parts could fail for no apparent reason.

Our Standard Warranty Policy

A Better Smoke warranties that the Battery, Charge Adapter and Charge Cord sold in starter kits or purchased separately will be free from defect for a period of 90 Days. Atomizers sold in starter kits will be replaced one time for a period of 90 days. Atomizers purchased individually or provided as replacement are guaranteed not to be DOA (dead on arrival) for a period of 15 days from date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to cartridges which are considered consumable pieces of the electronic cigarette with no value.

Should any of the aforementioned products fail within the time period stated under recommended usage, A Better Smoke will supple a replacement part(s) to the customer under the following conditions:

1. The suspected defective is returned to A Better Smoke.
2. An Authorization for the Return has been issued prior to shipping to returning to A Better Smoke.
3. A Copy of the Return Authorization Email must be sent with the returned product.
4. The defect has occurred while being used under recommended guidelines for use and maintenance.
5. Advance replacement maybe offered on Atomizers and Batteries and will occur at the discretion of A Better Smoke LLC.
6. There is no evidence of dripping/dipping of liquid or e-liquid directly on the atomizer coil or visible damage to batteries to indicate it was dropped, sat on, or otherwise damaged accidentally or intentionally.
7. Low Life Batteries under the 90 day warranty police will be replaced when the charging time on a completely dead battery is less than 45 minutes indicating a less than average performance level.
8. Standard USPS Mail is provided for all replacement parts please allow 5-7 mailing days for your replacement to arrive.

Summary Procedure for requesting a return:
1. Request a Return Authorization Merchandise number by using the following web form found here www.abettersmoke.com/contact_support.html. Include the order number, billing name, date of order and describe the issue you are having along with all information that would assist us in finding your original order, verify the shipping and billing information, and understand the problem. 
2. Once the information is reviewed we will send back an Authorization for Return and instructions on what to do next.
3. Advance prepaid replacements are offered at the discretion of A Better Smoke LLC and only to customer whom do not have any outstanding advance replacement returns.
