Troubleshooting - Since the electronic cigarette consists of a battery and atomizer troubleshooting issues is fairly simple to resolve. We recommend having a spare atomizer available and at least two working batteries in order to troubleshoot any issues.

Battery & Charging Problems
Battery Not Working - If the battery LED is not working nor supplying power to the Atomizer during inhalation unscrew the battery and re-screw the battery to the Atomizer snug and try again. The battery should screw into the atomizer smoothly and not have any resistance. Keep the connection area clean and free of dirt, sand and dibris to assure proper polarization. If the battery has stopped working after multiple inhales or a long inhale the battery is most likely in the Auto Stand-by feature and needs 2 minutes of no use to reset. If the battery LED is not lighting up but is supplying power it should be disconnected and replaced.
Battery Constantly Powering Atomizer - At no time should the battery supply constant power to the Atomizer when not being used. If the battery consistently powers the atomizer when immediately attached to the atomizer for more that a second or two disconnect the battery and clean the conact area of the battery and atomizer and make sure it is dry. If after doing this the battery still powers the atomizer on its own discontinue use of the battery and seek a replacement battery. Previous owners of other brand electronic cigarettes may mistake this for a cleaning cycle, our electronic cigarette models have no such feature and this behavor indicates a problem with the battery.
Battery Blinking - If the battery blinks 10 times when inhalation begins the battery needs to be recharged. A Battery blinking 5 times when connected to a charge adapter indicates it is switching to the charge mode.
Battery Not Charging - If the battery does not respond to the charger cord when attached by blinking 5 times and turning the charging cord LED red make sure power is being supplied to the cord by testing the second battery and making sure the red LED indicator light on the Wall or Car Plug adapter is on. If the wall or car plug indicator ight is not on try another outlet or wall socket before seeking a replacement charger. Seek a replacement battery if the battery appears to be the cause and no longer accepts a charge from a properly operating charger. Alternatively the charging cord can be used on any power USB computer port to test the cord for proper function. The cord LED should remain green when under power and no battery is attached.
Battery Not Holding Charge - If the battery does not seem to hold a charge or charging times on a dead battery are short (15-45 minutes) the battery should be replaced and has most likely reached its end of life. A new battery should be able to be recharged approximately 300 times before it needs to be replaced. All lithium batteries will weaken over time and will need to be replaced.
Atomizer Problems
Atomizer Not Working - If the battery LED is lighting up during inhalation but there is no apparent atomization or vapor being produced make sure the atomizer is screwed in snug to the battery, replace the cartridge with a fresh one and make sure the battery is not weak by replacing with a fully charged battery. If the after replacing the battery and cartridge no vapor, no heat or atomization process is occurring seek an atomizer replacement. A Faulty or not working atomizer can cause liquid to pass through the atomizer and back down the cartridge vents and in to your mouth if inhalation is strong.
Atomizer Giving of Foul or Bad Taste - Your atomizer should not produce any unpleasant or any burning taste in your mouth unless it has not been used for a while and was not stored clean and dry, or is being used with a completely expended cartridge. If cleaning your atomizer as recommended on the Atomizer Link of this guide and replacing with a new cartridge does not clear up this issue, discontinue use of the Atomizer and seek an Atomizer replacement. Do not contiune use of an atomizer if it is not producing a pleasant and clean taste as it has probably failed and is no longer working properly or has been contaminated.
Atomizer getting Hot - It is normal for the atomizer to get slightly warm during prolonged use or repeated inhalation. It is not recommended to over use your electronic cigarette more than your cigarette habit or for prolonged periods of time. Reduce the use or inhalation if the atomizer is getting hot in order to provide a cool of period in between inhalations. A hot atomizer will also tend to evaporate liquid in the cartridge therefore significantly reducing cartridge life. If the atomizer is getting hot or activating for no reason remove the battery and review the battery section of this article for issue regaurding constant power to the atomizer.
Cartridge Problems
Cartridge causing liquid in mouth - If during inhalation liquid is getting into the mouth and vapor is still being produced remove the cartridge and dry off the outside of the Atomizer. Make sure during use you either hold the electronic cigarette horizontal or with the tip pointed down. Do not use the electronic cigarette while lying down. If liquid is still getting into the mouth after correcting these steps check and replace the atomizer and or cartridge as the atomizer may not be properly working. Liquid in the mouth is common with users who refill their own cartridges with aftermarket e-liquid. We recommend only using our cartridges which are filled under strict guidelint and specifications for our Atomizers.
Cartridge loose or not sealed to Atomizer - If the cartridge is loose or is not tightly sealed on the atomizer it should be replaced. The most common cause is a crack in the cartridge or excessive liquid on the outside of the atomizer which can be simply dried off. Do not contiune use of a cartridge if it will not stay on the atomizer.
