1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship everything on our website using USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail Shipping. Purchases will be processed and ship within 24hrs some will ship the same day. Purchases made after 1pm on Friday, on the weekend, or observed holiday will ship the following business day. Orders will of course not be able to ship on Federal Holidays when no US Postal service is operating. Priority Mail delivery time is 2-4 days depending on location, orders are shipped from Maryland.

2. Is your website secure and will my Credit Card transaction be safe?
Absolutely, our website is secured with our 256bit SSL certificate found here, all purchases are also secured at checkout. Our payment gateway authorizes your credit card and processes it securely on their servers outside our website. Our shopping cart is hosted by an ecommerce solution on a secured SSL server. At no time is information sent, stored or received to or from our website with regards to your transaction. We have taken every step to assure your information is secure, however we recommend all customers who shop online regardless of buying from our site or another to use a quality antivirus software.

3. I am having a problem with my battery, charger or atomizer what do I do?
Please review our policy page and warranty terms, then go to the following page www.abettersmoke.com/contact_support.html and complete the form to request a return.  Please be sure your order number is included in the email. Please let us know the model, color, and anything else about the item so we can be sure to send you the correct replacement. If you do not have the order number or know if your item is under warranty please allow 48 hrs for us to retrieve your information and email you back. Unless you have an outstanding return we provide advance parts replacement to our customers. Once we have confirmed your order number, warranty status and the problem is with the part we will ship a replacement part along with a prepaid return label. You must include a copy of the email received Authorizing the return and ship the item back to us by the date provided in the email. Failure to return the item authorized for return will freeze your advanced replacement option for future returns and may also result in a bill for the replacement part to you.

NOTICE ABOUT RETURNS : DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY SEND ITEMS TO US WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION. WE WILL HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING ANYTHING ABOUT THE ITEM AND WHY YOU ARE RETURNING THE ITEM. ANY ITEMS BLIND RETURNED TO A BETTER SMOKE WILL BECOME PROPERTY OF A BETTER SMOKE LLC. DO NOT SEND THE ENTIRE KIT BACK TO US EITHER WE TYPICALLY SUPPLY REPLACEMENT PARTS NOT REPLACEMENT KITS

4. I read on the internet that you can clean the Atomizer by rinsing in water is this true?
We do not recommend fully submersing the atomizer or battery in any liquid. We would recommend you trying to using our method describe in the support page for cleaning. Always make sure the Atomizer is completely dry prior to attaching to the battery which could be damaged from moisture.

Other helpful hints to keep your atomizer clean :
a. Do not blow back into the e-cigarette when using as this could clog the atomizer.
b. Do not use excessive amounts of e-liquid / liquid nicotine directly into the Atomizer and liquid has proven to reduce Atomizer life. We recommend our cost effective cartridges over e-Juice or e-Liquid methods it is safer to keep, less messy to maintain and will retain the life of the Atomizer. 

5. Can I purchase your electronic cigarette at a store ?

6. I really like your product but is it really different that others available on the internet ?
We believe we have a premium product and could not continue our business model and growth using anything less. There are a lot of factories in China making knock off models just like they make knock-off name brand clothing and electronics which don't have the quality and control nor the performance or support. We have found that there are some models that do compare to ours but few are being sold in the United States and most are priced much higher. 7. What is the difference between a M401 and M402 battery or starter kit model ?
The M401 and M402 only differ in actual length and power rating but are the same thread and use the same atomizer, charger and cartridge. The M401 is longer by a 1/2" (.5 inches) than the M402 and provides about a 15-20% longer battery life than the M402 Battery. Assembled the M401 is about the size of a 100 style cigarette while the M402 is about the size of a standard cigaratte. The selection of model depends on preference however we recommend for all first time users who smoke a pack or more a day to give the M401 a try first due to the extended battery life over the M402 which may increase satisfaction before purchasing a small battery.
